The Warlord class proved a superb warship, not least due to its highly advanced ECM capabilities that repeatedly subdued defensive and offensive capabilities alike of their human oppenents. Regardless, three ships of the Warlord class were lost by the Septoid Supremacy during the Human Culling Campaign. This includes the Soldiers Pride and the Fate-Slayer, which were destroyed during the Battle at Phoebos, where Admiral Carter nullified the greatest asset of the Warlord class by fighting in low planetary orbit, utilizing both horizon and the moon Phoebos as cover and employing the element of surprise to great effect.
Design[]
Notable design features include the use of cross-rotational sections to simulate gravity within the crew departements and the full armor-encasing of these sections. The Warlord class featured a powerful ECM-tower at the bow.
Its armarment consisted of twelve 502mm dual-barrel main guns, eighteen missile tubes with a total stockpile of over 200 missiles, fourty flak-guns and twenty-two point-defense beam weapons.
